sheerrrry! -wails. i expected it to be like very very gory cause the way you described it etched a certain image in my mind and i was kinda expecting more! and and and the whole thing was so bloody dark it was quite hard at some parts to make out who they were, where they were and what they were doing!
the monsters were unrealistic and the sounds they made irritated me):
i swear sherry's description of movies sucks the balls. i think the only 2 movies so far that managed to really capture my attention was saw 1 and saw 2 and i'm pretty sure saw 3 will not be disappointing.
so right now, i am at home mourning because the descent proved to be not worthy of that m18 rating that it had been given for gore. but i agree it was filled with violence :D
i want to watch the exorcist with people BUTTT i want to watch it late late late at night with the lights off ): and apparently that is not possible now.
EH SHERRY! my mom agreed with me that the descent was not that gory and she actually watched the movie twice cause she had a hard time grasping the storyline (whereas I, Ainslee Asokan, didn't have a problem understanding it the first time)
andddd i take back what i said about the final destination 3 not being scary or gory enough. hurr last night while waiting to fall asleep i played the movie in my head again and guess what, it was pretty good actually.
so here are a list of movies you should catch if you really want a good scream (or laugh at those helpless victim)
1. saw 1
2. saw 2
3. house on haunted hill (one of the best)
4. creep
5. final destination 3 (and probably 1 and 2 but i will confirm it once i watch it)
6. saw 3 (though i have yet to watch it, i am convinced that it'll be good)
7. colic (haha haven't watched it but i'm guessing from the trailer that its good)
my heart broke into pieces when i found out that she smokes.
